"The" is ignored for purposes of alphabetizing; "TF", "TG", and "TSA" ("transformation", "transgender", and "Transformation Stories Archive", respectively) are treated as if they were spelled out in full.
Not all sites are created equal. There are a number of different sub-topics that fall within the general category of Transformations, and some sites focus more strongly than others on specific sub-topics. We've got a few symbols to indicate which specific aspect(s) of a site may prove to be of particular interest:
